  1. Gerard, we service the GoKart. We can collect your trolley, bring it back to the factory and deliver it back to you. Normally this whole process takes about a week. But if you’re in mainland UK, we can also drop off a loan trolley while yours if off the road. Please call us, and we’ll take care of everything.

  2. Hi, a minor problem, grass and clay gathers between front wheel and frame slowing the trolley which i clear 3-4 times a round, is a larger space between wheel and frame possibleRegards Fred

  3. Fred, grass and mud will always gather on the wheels of a golf trolley when the conditions are right (or wrong?). But it shouldn’t be a problem.
On the front wheel, the debris will build up and then just clear itself once it gets to a critical mass. It might look a bit messy, but as long as it doesn’t prevent the wheel from turning, it can just be ignored.
If you have an airline after the 18th, it’s best to get the worst off before it can dry on in storage.

  4. Hello,
I have bought a replacement battery for my partner’s trolley as the old one wasn’t working any longer. Where can I recycle the old one?
    Thanks, Max

  5. Max, your local council will have a recycling point for batteries at the waste disposal centre.

  6. Hi
When charging a lithium battery, is it best to disconnect when the battery is charged or should it be left connected to the charger for a while?
Trolley is fantastic – can’t see how it could be improved!

  7. David,
Yes, ideally a lithium battery should not be left permanently on charge. The routine is a) put it on charge the same day it’s used, and b) take it off charge the next morning. And that’s it. The battery will remain fully charged off the charger for several weeks. If you’ve had some time off golf for a while, you can always put it back on the charger for a few hours before you play next time. Click here to read the same thing but using a lot more words

  8. My wife’s new GoKart arrives Monday morning. It has the lithium battery. Will she be able to use it for golf on Monday afternoon, or will the battery need charging?
    Thanks!

  9. Hugh, the battery will be nearly fully charged when it arrives, but you will need to top it up before use. This could take an hour or two.
