Step by step Yoga moves to improve your golf!

You’ll surprise yourself with what you can manage this week.  Start with the simple version and then work up to the full shoulder stand – but whatever level you tackle you’ll find your strength and flexibility will improve.  Carol makes it looks very easy, and with a bit of practice, it is!  (not like golf then!)
